Q: Do I need to provide my own TV mount or smart devices?
Yes. We can recommend the right equipment for your setup before your appointment, but the customer is responsible for purchasing it in advance. We do not sell mounts or devices directly.
Q: What if I don’t have everything I need on the day of service?
No problem. We plan to keep a small inventory of common items (like mounts, cords, or adapters) on hand. If something is missing, we can supply it for an additional charge to complete the job.
Q: Can you hide wires in the wall?
Yes, in most cases. Standard cable management is included, but in-wall concealment may require special tools or permissions (like drilling into studs or masonry). We’ll discuss options during your confirmation call.
Q: How long will my appointment take?
Most appointments run between 1–3 hours depending on the service. Larger jobs, like Move-In Setup, may take longer. We’ll give you an estimated time during booking confirmation.
Q: What times are available for appointments?
Currently, we are booking evening and weekend appointments only. We will do our best to accommodate special requests outside these times when possible. All available times can be viewed on our booking page.
Q: What happens if I need to reschedule?
