Yes. We can recommend the right equipment for your setup before your appointment, but the customer is responsible for purchasing it in advance. We do not sell mounts or devices directly.
Q: What if I don’t have everything I need on the day of service?
No problem. We plan to keep a small inventory of common items (like mounts, cords, or adapters) on hand. If something is missing, we can supply it for an additional charge to complete the job.
Q: Can you hide wires in the wall?
Yes, in most cases. Standard cable management is included, but in-wall concealment may require special tools or permissions (like drilling into studs or masonry). We’ll discuss options during your confirmation call.
